Battle Of The Year (BOTY) has been running since 1990. From modest beginnings, it has grown into the most important breaking competition in the world. Many go so far as to consider BOTY the unofficial world championship of breaking.

Red Bull BC One

Red Bull BC One happens on the biggest stages in the world’s most glamorous cities.
It’s the world’s biggest one-on-one B-Boy and B-Girl competition. Every year, thousands of dancers go head to head for the chance to compete in the world finals. Sixteen B-Boys and sixteen B-Girls take up the challenge, but there can only be one champion.

SNIPES

SNIPES, “the store for real hip-hop clothing”, has represented selected US brands in Germany since 1998 – and has been the main sponsor of Battle Of The Year since 2016. This led to an intensive partnership revolving mainly around dance. Just like Six Step, SNIPES are “persuasion artists” keen on sales but crazy about street culture.

Full Power – Schooltour

Since 2015, Six Step has been visiting schools across Germany on behalf of the Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung (Federal Centre for Health Education). We carry out workshops along the theme of “Null Alkohol – Voll Power”. The “Voll Power” school tour is backed by a special plan for the prevention of addiction in schools, working for, and together with, youngsters.

Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games

Breaking beneath the Olympic rings – yet more proof of the hip-hop movement’s acceptance worldwide. The Olympic Games demand highest standards. So when someone asked who should be tasked with organising it, had the expertise and a good standing within the international scene, the answer was: a compliment for us.
